The durability and safety of steel structures are directly related to production quality. Bayrakçı Metal carries out all the productions in its modern production track with high engineering and certified quality control systems.
The manufacturing process starts with CNC laser or plasma cutting according to the technical dimensions obtained from CAD drawings. Then the parts are joined with robotic welding systems. Automatic drilling, bending and shaping processes are performed with millimetre precision.
All manufactured parts are subjected to detailed tests by the quality control team. Procedures such as strength test, welding suitability test, galvanised coating thickness measurement are performed during and after production. Thus, error-free and long-lasting structures emerge.
